Fees
Fees & Payment Information
I strive to provide a transparent and straightforward fee structure so you can focus on your therapeutic process.
Session Rates
Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $175
Individual Therapy (55 minutes): $150
Insurance Information
I am in-network with the following insurance plans:
Aetna
United Healthcare
Oxford
Oscar
Select Health Colorado
For these plans, you will only be responsible for your copay, coinsurance, or deductible, as determined by your insurance policy. If you’re unsure about your mental health coverage, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits and responsibilities for in-network mental health services.
For all other insurance providers, I am considered an out-of-network provider. While I do not bill these plans directly, I can provide you with a detailed receipt (called a superbill) that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to confirm coverage for out-of-network mental health services.
Payment Methods
I accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards
HSA/FSA Cards
Cash or Check
Online Payment Platforms (e.g. Simple Practice)
Sliding Scale
I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who may be experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire about availability during your consultation.
Missed or Late-Canceled Appointments
To respect my time and that of other clients, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of the expected costs of therapy services. This estimate will be provided to you before beginning treatment.
Questions?
If you have any questions about fees, insurance, or payment options, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’d be happy to discuss your options and help ensure therapy is as accessible as possible.
