About Liza Sagor, LCSW

My work as a therapist is more than a profession—it's my calling, rooted in a deep sense of purpose and a heartfelt commitment to supporting others on their paths to healing. Having navigated my own struggles, I understand the courage it takes to face pain and the profound impact of having the right support. Together, we can explore paths to healing, growth, and fulfillment, helping you to live a more balanced and meaningful life.

Education & Certifcations

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of Colorado and North Carolina. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Pitzer College and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from The University of Michigan School of Social Work. I completed a two-year Post-Masters Fellowship at The University of Michigan Counseling and Psychological Services and was a senior staff clinician at North Carolina State University, where I provided mental health counseling as well as therapeutic groups, workshops, and clinical training/supervision to college and graduate students. I have received advanced training and certifications in several treatment modalities and integrate these approaches to provide a personalized and holistic therapeutic experience tailored to each client's unique needs.
