Cultivating Resilience, Nurturing Growth

Welcome to Liza Sagor Psychotherapy, a safe space for healing and growth. I’m a Denver based therapist with over fifteen years of experience providing individual and group therapy and I love what I do. I work with young adults and adults across all stages of life who are navigating challenges in one or more areas and striving for improved well-being. With advanced training and certifications in several treatment modalities, I work collaboratively with clients to design a treatment approach that is tailored to their specific goals and needs.

Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you—all of the expectations, all of the beliefs—and becoming who you are.
— Rachel Naomi Remen

  • Your mind is working overtime, leaving you exhausted and burnt out.

  • Past events still affect you, causing flashbacks, emotional distress, and self-esteem or relationship issues.

  • Whether it’s a family member, partner, or friend, your relationships feel strained and hard to navigate.

  • You feel like something’s missing in life or are unsure of your direction and purpose.

  • Losing a loved one has left you heartbroken and unsure how to move on.

  • You’re exploring or navigating issues related to cultural, personal, and social identities, including LGBTQIA+ experiences.

  • You’re exhausted from people-pleasing and self-sacrificing and feeling unmet in your own needs and wants.
